The website and the CRM are both hosted by us as part of your Expert subscription. If you cancel Expert, move to a lower tier, or the subscription lapses, both stop with it. The website goes offline and the CRM closes. Neither is exported or handed over, and any remaining months are not carried over, transferred or refunded.
The website included with Expert
- The website is up to five pages, designed and built once for your studio.
- It goes live within 21 days of you sending your copy and images, with one round of revisions included.
- Your domain is yours. You buy it and you pay for it; we connect it, and it stays yours whatever happens to the subscription.
- Further pages, redesigns or additional revision rounds are quoted separately.
- Moving from Expert to a lower tier ends the website in the same way as cancelling.
The CRM included with Expert
- The CRM is set up for your studio and hosted by us, on one account with one user seat, for up to twelve months from setup and for as long as your Expert subscription stays active.
- Included: our starter setup and a live onboarding session.
- Email and SMS sending is billed to you at cost, or you can connect your own sending account.
- AI usage is billable. Anything generated by AI — AI chat, automated AI replies, AI-written content and any other AI feature — consumes paid credits, and those credits are billed to you at cost in the same way as email and SMS. None of it is included in the subscription.
- Extra seats are priced separately.
- The CRM follows the same condition as the website. It runs on our platform, so if Expert ends — by cancellation, downgrade or lapse — your access ends at the same time and the CRM is not exported or handed over. Unused months have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Export anything you need from the CRM before you cancel. We do not provide an export afterwards.
- If you complete the twelve months, the CRM continues at our standard rate, or you can stop it.
PRO50 early access
- 50% off your first month, on Starter and Professional only. It does not apply to Expert.
- Valid from 30 September 2026, 8pm GMT+8 through 31 October 2026.
- One use per studio, on a new subscription.
- From month two, standard pricing applies.
- If you start on Starter or Professional and later move up to Expert, the website and CRM become available from the first day of your first Expert billing month. PRO50 applies only to the first month of your original subscription; it is not re-applied on an upgrade.
Your client media
- While your subscription is active, your client media stays available up to your tier's storage allowance — 1 TB on Starter, 3 TB on Professional, 5 TB on Expert.
- If you cancel or your subscription lapses, your media stays available to download for 30 days. After that it is removed and cannot be recovered.
- Download your client work before you cancel if you want to keep it. We will not hold it beyond the 30 days.
Billing and plan limits
- Billing is monthly. There is nothing to pay up front and no minimum term on the subscription itself.
- Prices are shown in USD and also charged in SGD, PHP, CAD and NZD — you see your own currency at checkout.
- Event and storage allowances are per tier: Starter 1 event and 1 TB, Professional 3 events and 3 TB, Expert 5 events and 5 TB, each per month.
- Every tier receives the full v2.0 guest-facing toolkit on every event.
