So Expert is not only the events platform. It is the two things underneath it. This is not a launch promotion; it is part of what Expert is, for every studio on it.

Designed and built for you — not a template you fill in yourself on a wet Sunday.

Up to five pages. Live within 21 days of you sending your copy and images, with one round of revisions. You own and pay for the domain; we connect it.

Up to one full year of your own CRM

Pipelines, client conversations, calendars, automations — the same system MemoireBox runs on, set up for your studio and hosted by us for up to twelve months while Expert is active.

One account, one user seat, our starter setup and a live onboarding session. Email, SMS and AI usage are billed to you at cost, or connect your own sending account. Extra seats priced separately.

Terms & conditions

  • The website and the CRM are both hosted by us as part of your Expert subscription. If you cancel Expert, move to a lower tier, or the subscription lapses, both stop with it. The website goes offline and the CRM closes. Neither is exported or handed over, and remaining months are not carried over or refunded. Export what you need before you cancel.
  • Your domain is yours. You buy it and pay for it; we connect it, and it stays yours whatever happens to the subscription.
  • The website is up to five pages, built once, live within 21 days of you sending your copy and images, with one round of revisions included.
  • The CRM runs for up to twelve months from setup, on one account with one user seat, for as long as Expert stays active. Extra seats are priced separately.
  • Email and SMS sending from the CRM is billed to you at cost, or connect your own sending account.
  • AI usage is billable. AI chat, automated AI replies and AI-written content consume paid credits, billed to you at cost. They are not included in the subscription.
  • If you cancel, your client media stays available to download for 30 days, then it is removed.
